IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is available if chosen during checkout. All orders may be picked up in-store. An email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM (PST) are typically ready for pickup that afternoon before our 5:00 p.m. closing time.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on standard size domestic orders over $150. Oversized items, such as fly rods, waders, wading boots, etc., are subject to additional fees charged by the shipping agent.

If shipping costs us less than the selected rate domestically or internationally, we refund the surplus amount to the original payment method. We charge you what we are charged and always refund any shipping overage.

All times and dates given for delivery of the order are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

Upon receiving payment, you will be emailed an order confirmation number. On business days, orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are usually delivered that afternoon to the post office. Unless other shipping terms are negotiated via email or phone, you will be emailed a tracking number upon delivery to the post office.

OVERSIZE ITEMS

Our shipping policy is any orders over $150 pre-tax value ship free within Canada. Due to substantial charges on longer and bulkier items, rods, boots, and waders are subject to an additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship everywhere. Shipping fees vary depending on the item you are purchasing and shipping costs will be provided at checkout. Any overage that you are charged for shipping once we have determined the actual cost will be refunded to you.

International deliveries are shipped with tracking unless otherwise negotiated. 

We cannot ship certain natural items internationally. Specifically, polar bear hair and seal fur.
