Mole Skin

Mole fur is very soft and perfect for. The natural hair is a very dark brownish grey and has a natural shine and gives your dry fly, nymph, or wet fly a very realistic look. The fibres of mole is very short and fine so it is best for smaller patterns but you can also build up bulk if needed as long as you work it slowly to build thickness. The pelt is quite dense so you will get a lot of flies from a single piece. It can also be mixed with synthetics to add some sparkle.
