Whether you enjoy single hand, double hand, switch, spey, European tight line nymphing or just relaxing and tying flies, A Blaze in the Northern Fly is sure to have something to pique your interest, and give you the best possible gear for your next saltwater, stillwater, river trip or fly tying session. We love fly fishing in all its forms, and realise everyone has to start somewhere - so we pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and fairly priced, and facilitating an equally positive fly shop experience for beginner and advanced anglers alike.
ABITNF is also pleased to offer guided fishing trips with locally approved fishing guides, and fly fishing casting instruction with an internationally accredited fly casting instructor. Though our larger group sessions are currently on hold due to Covid-19, we can also arrange small group or one on one fly tying classes for anyone interested in learning this beautiful art form.
Our intention will be to hold larger group classes and fish outs once some degree of normalcy returns.
If you’ve managed to read this far, you may as well just come and pay us a visit. Though our space is small, boy do we pack it in!
