Larva Lace Angel Hair

Angel Hair is a very fine shredded Mylar material. It can be used to bring flash to any fly pattern. The strands are 6 to 8 inches in length held together with a cable tie. To use simply pinch a small amount from the bag and work it into shape for wings. You can also use this material by adding it into your home-made dubbing brushes, or you can cut it into smaller pieces and blend it with natural furs or fuzzy synthetics to make your own dubbing blends. As Angel Hair doesn't absorb water it doesn't add weight to your flies which causes them to sink or land heavily on the cast. We tie Angel Hair Clousers for salmon. It adds a little flash to wings on steelhead flies. It looks great on baitfish patterns. Blend a little into your leech patterns. Check it out!
