Wapsi Angora (African) Goat

Natural Angora Goat, AKA African Goat, is a fine fibre natural that dubs beautifully in a loop to form bodies on wet flies, nymphs and streamers. It is one of the raw materials in various simulated seal dubbings because its the closest natural to seal that there is for texture and natural translucence. It's about twice the length of seal fibre so thus it lends itself well for dubbing bodies that give flies greater depth of appearance. It can also be cut into shorter fibres and blended with other naturals or synthetics to create your own dubbing mix.
